Shigenoya is best known for its Gin no Bashamichi Chicken Sukiyaki Set made with chicken, egg, tofu, and rice—carefully selected ingredients all produced in Ichikawa. Due to limited quantities, make sure to make a reservation in advance. Daily specials and fried chicken are also popular dishes.
