Translated literally as “Waterfall from Heaven,” Tendaki Falls lives up to its name with a 98-meter drop, one of the tallest in the prefecture. The waterfall was selected as one of Japans top 100 waterfalls for its majestic flow falling from the sky. The valley leading up to Tendaki Falls is also noted for its seven other large and small waterfalls—including Meotodaki, Tsutsumigataki, and Itodaki falls—providing a wide variety of superb views for visitors to enjoy in any season.
