The Ichikawa Town Cultural Center is a tourist information center operated by the Ichikawa Town Tourism Association. Visitors will find sightseeing information on Ichikawa Town, special products on sale, and a rest space for enjoying a nice cup of tea. The Himarin Morning Market is held every month on the second Saturday.
