The Gin no Bashamichi / Koseki no Michi Japan Heritage Site Promotion Association, which manages and operates the Bantan Throughway — Gin no Bashamichi and Koseki no Michi Japan Heritage site, recognizes the importance of protecting personal information. As such, in order to prevent infringement of individual rights and in the interest of proper handling of personal information, the Promotion Association establishes the following basic policy on privacy information (privacy) in its quest to ensure proper handling of information.
The Gin no Bashamichi / Koseki no Michi Japan Heritage Site Promotion Association may collect personal information from visitors to the extent necessary for smooth operation of site services (including handling inquiries, holding events, and conducting surveys).
Personal information will be used only within the scope of the purpose of use and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent except as permitted by law.
The Gin no Bashamichi / Koseki no Michi Japan Heritage Site Promotion Association will respond to requests for review of personal information upon confirmation that the person submitting the request is the person to whom the information applies. The Promotion Association will also promptly correct or delete any erroneous personal information. Please note, however, that there may be some information that cannot be deleted. We appreciate your understanding.
In the effort for continual improvement, the Gin no Bashamichi / Koseki no Michi Japan Heritage Site Promotion Association will comply with all laws and morals related to personal information and will maintain a system for managing personal information that achieves the above objectives.
