One of the region’s most well-known dishes is Ikuno hashed beef over rice specially made with a hearty helping of Tajima beef. At Cafe Argent, the koshihikari rice from Tochihara used for this dish is organically cultivated by the owner without the use of pesticides. The cafe also offers various seasonal sweets.
